Welcome To SPE Aberdeen Section
The SPE Aberdeen Section works closely with industry, government, professional institutes and academia to advance the learning of its members in all aspects of the energy industry; offshore, onshore and internationally. Our members are active in a wide range of professions within our industry and we hold cross disciplinary seminars with our colleagues in other institutes and organisations. We seek to provide a channel of information on the energy industry to the Scottish community in general, and young people in schools and universities in particular. Young and old, male and female and just about every nationality you can think of, we have over 2000 members, 4 student chapters and a very strong Section organisation with more than 70 active volunteers. Our aim is to enhance members' industry experience and help them achieve their true potential. You are always welcome to join us and participate in our activities, bring new ideas and have some fun.
