Description In maturing North Sea wells, artificial lift is becoming increasingly important in maximising returns. With investment in new developments falling in the current economic climate, the potential for increasing production and ultimate recovery from the vast number of wells dependent on artificial lift is growing in significance. EuALF is a well-established forum for artificial lift professionals organised by the Society of Petroleum Engineers Aberdeen Section. Its two-day conference programme is accompanied by an exhibition of cutting edge artificial lift technologies. This event is a forum for a wide exchange of views and experiences across the industry. It is preceded by a pre-conference workshop on 16th February which is looking at artificial lift systems selection, operation, design and optimisation.
